The Course
The start, shared with the 10km race, is set in Alicante’s harbour with stunning views of the Santa Barbara Castle 🏰. The route passes at the foot of Benacantil Mountain before reaching La Albuferita beach, where a turning point leads you back alongside the city centre and the sea 🌊.
You’ll cross through the harbour again to embark on the second part of the course—a true visual feast for the eyes: the Town Hall, gardens, Plaza de Los Luceros, the Central Market, theatre, Plaza de Toros… 🥰 This is a genuine tourist tour of the city that this Alicante half marathon offers you.
