Join us for the Santa Pola Half Marathon on Sunday, 18th January 2026 at 10:30, where Mediterranean charm meets athletic challenge along the stunning Costa Blanca.

The Course

Starting from the harbour car park on Fernando Pérez Ojeda Street, you’ll embark on a scenic 21.0975km single-loop journey through the heart of Santa Pola. The route takes you westward through the town centre before heading along a main road between kilometres 2 and 4. A distinctive hairpin turn around one of the harbour’s jetties offers a unique maritime atmosphere and picturesque views.

From 8km onwards, you’ll run between the Mediterranean Sea and charming seaside villas until the 10km mark—an idyllic stretch with breathtaking coastal vistas. A left turn brings you back towards the town centre via Almirante Antequera Street, passing a children’s playground surrounded by welcome greenery around the 15km point. The final three kilometres follow the same route as kilometres 4, 5, and 6, ensuring a familiar finish on recognisable terrain.

Collect your race number at the Runners’ Fair, held at Santa Pola’s Castle-Fort:

  • Friday, 16th January: 17:00–20:30
  • Saturday, 17th January: 10:00–20:00

On the Course

Refreshment Stations: Located at 5km, 10km, 15km, and 20km
Facilities: Changing rooms and secure baggage storage provided

Important Information

Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old

Licensing: In Spain, you’ll need either a national RFEA licence or a FACV card from the Valencian Community to participate in official events. If you don’t have one, an additional €3 fee will be charged during registration to obtain this.

Medical Certificate: Not mandatory
