Chiclana Half Marathon 2027

One of the newer races on this list, the Chiclana Half Marathon has quickly built a reputation as the fastest half marathon in Cádiz province. The 2027 edition is confirmed for Sunday 11 April 2027 at 9:00.

Course

The race is based at Sancti Petri and the Costa Sancti Petri urban sports centre, on the Atlantic coast south of Cádiz. The terrain is flat and open. Wind off the ocean is the main variable, so tuck into a group on exposed sections.

Good to know

• Time limit: 3 hours, which makes it friendly for first-timers.
• Times are certified by the Andalusian Athletics Federation.
• Trophies for the top three in each category.
• April is a lovely time on the Costa de la Luz, with long beaches and quiet towns before the summer rush.
