Take on the challenge of Catalonia’s vibrant industrial heartland at the Terrassa International Half Marathon, known in Catalan as the Mitja Marató Internacional de Terrassa, on Sunday, 1st February 2026 at 10:00, where urban running meets genuine Catalan character.
The Course
Right then! A half-marathon in a single loop—quite the proper challenge, isn’t it? Let’s go! 😉
You’ll head north from Rambla d’Ègara into the city towards the Museum of Science and Technology of Catalonia. From there, the route continues alongside the Riera del Palau for a refreshing waterside stretch. Turn onto Avinguda Abat Marcet, where you’ll encounter a gentle downhill section… 😛 But be careful to save some energy for the rest of the race! ⚠️
Oh yes, the race doesn’t end there, my friend. After reaching the end of the avenue, you’ll follow the Riera de les Arenes watercourse, cross through the beautiful Vallparadis Park 🌳, and return to Placeta de la Creu ⛲️ for a safe journey back. And there you have it—mission accomplished! 🤪
