The Terras do Mandeo Trail runs from Betanzos, the medieval Galician town at the mouth of the Mandeo river, into the Mariñas Coruñesas e Terras do Mandeo Biosphere Reserve.
The race
The main distance is 23 km, +1,200 m of climbing. The 2026 edition is on Sunday 27 September 2026. Twelve editions of riverside forests, old mills and green Galician hills.
